Join us this summer for skill-focused clinics designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming cheer seasons! ☀️📣 Whether you’re working toward tryouts, improving fundamentals, or pushing your elite skills to the next level, these clinics will focus on the technique, strength, and confidence needed to succeed.
Athletes will work on:
• Tumbling technique & progressions
• Stunting fundamentals and advanced skills
• Jumps, motions, and performance quality
• Conditioning, flexibility, and body control
